EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI, empowering personal injury lawyers and victims. The Digital Marketing Manager will manage the paid media strategy, create compelling campaigns to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team, and optimize all aspects of the paid media strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Own pipeline by channels to drive business outcomes to generate net new business pipeline and help accelerate deals to close
- Test, learn and get creative with new channels across the funnel from awareness to conversion and understanding the different
- Own the paid media budget and partner with marketing operations to deliver regular reporting and insights from different marketing campaigns
- Lead and mentor a growing digital marketing team
- Manage the execution of digital marketing channels, including all paid media (paid search, display, social) to maximize engagement and efficient use of spend
- Continue to build out an ABM (Account Based Marketing) practice, supporting 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 with strategic accounts while balancing high velocity GTM motions for the SMB and Mid-Market prospects
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, SDRs, and Marketing Operations to align messaging, lead flow, and attribution
- Own, execute, analyze, and optimize our paid media efforts across platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter)
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, effective reporting and create marketing assets to execute campaigns
- Research new and applicable online marketing and advertising technology/platforms to improve efficiency across campaigns, including staying up to date on current trends and best practices
- Manage vendors and/or agencies to ensure paid programs are turned on, running, and optimized

- Analyze daily performance to ensure campaigns are pacing to budget and performance targets are met
- Responsible for maintaining housekeeping and hygiene of advertising accounts and overall monitoring of account health
Requirements:
- 6+ years working in growth marketing with an emphasis on digital advertising or other demand generation channels
- 5+ years in managing Paid Advertising/Digital Marketing programs (experience in marketing B2B SaaS products is a strong plus)
- Expert reporting and analytics capabilities
- Highly organized and comfortable with working to deadlines
- Exceptional at multitasking
