Risus Talent Partners is seeking a strategic People Business Partner to support their equipment rental client's U.S. Field Operations. This high-impact, senior-level HRBP role involves partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business growth and drive workforce planning and leadership development.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior Operations leaders to shape and execute a people plan aligned to business growth
- Drive workforce planning, talent strategy, leadership development, and capability building
- Lead structured change initiatives (stakeholder mapping, execution planning, measurable outcomes)
- Analyze people + commercial data to influence decision-making and investment
- Coach and challenge leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams
- Act as a trusted advisor across a large U.S. operations population (~750–900 technicians)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People Services, Reward, L&D, Communications, and Compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10–15+ years of progressive HRBP experience supporting senior leaders
- Strong background in Operations and/or Manufacturing environments
- Proven change management and organizational transformation experience
- Deep strength in workforce planning
- Deep strength in leadership development & upskilling
- Deep strength in partnering with Operational Excellence teams
- Commercially savvy with the ability to connect people strategy to performance
- Comfortable influencing in a matrixed organization
