Floowi Inc is a company that connects top LATAM professionals with leading U.S. companies through remote talent solutions. They are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer to own their full marketing ecosystem, leading growth strategies and executing campaigns across various channels to maximize ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth roadmap balancing acquisition (paid) and retention (email/SMS)
- Manage paid spend across Meta, Google Ads, and emerging channels (bidding, A/B testing, scaling creative)
- Own lifecycle marketing in Klaviyo/CRM/Mailchimp, including automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, win-backs) and weekly campaigns
- Set up and maintain tracking and attribution as the “source of truth” (Pixels, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager)
- Continuously optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS to shift budget toward the highest-performing segments
Requirements:
- Deep experience running paid ads (paid social and search), plus broad working knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and landing page optimization
- Comfortable working in Google Tag Manager, e-commerce platforms/backends, and advanced CRM tools
- Hands-on and execution-focused: able to build, launch, and optimize campaigns directly
- Highly analytical: reports performance based on profitability and business growth, not just clicks
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
- Experience with GA4 plus attribution tools such as TripleWhale or Northbeam
- Strong understanding of attribution and data integrity across the customer journey
