Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Sourcing and screening candidates using a variety of methods, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Conducting phone, online conference and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit
- Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Negotiating job offers and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate data in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
