Crossing Hurdles is looking for an Industrial Production Manager to work on a project-based contract. The role involves designing occupation-specific questions, evaluating AI-generated responses, and ensuring that scenarios reflect manufacturing standards while working independently to meet quality benchmarks.
Responsibilities:
- Design occupation-specific questions based on real industrial production and operations workflows
- Translate plant-level decision-making, scheduling, and resource management scenarios into structured prompts
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to production planning, efficiency, and operations management
- Provide written feedback on accuracy, practicality, and alignment with real-world production environments
- Ensure scenarios reflect standards used in manufacturing and industrial operations
- Work independently while meeting quality benchmarks and delivery timelines
Requirements:
- Strong years of full-time experience as an Industrial Production Manager
- Professional experience managing manufacturing or industrial production operations
- Strong understanding of production planning, process optimization, and operational workflows
- Excellent written communication and analytical reasoning skills
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
- Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week for the project duration
