We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Compliance Coordinator with a
construction background
to assist the Property Manager and Board of Directors in ensuring adherence to community standards and governing documents within the HOA. This role will involve inspecting properties, documenting violations, and ensuring that all construction-related activities and property improvements are compliant with HOA rules and regulations. The Compliance Coordinator will also track violations, communicate with residents, and support the overall compliance process.

Inspect properties within the community for violations
related to construction, property modifications, and community standards.

Take photographs and document violations clearly and
accurately in accordance with HOA guidelines and governing documents.

Track violations over time, ensuring timely
re-inspection and follow-up to confirm compliance.

Prepare, process, and send letters to residents on
behalf of the HOA regarding violations, hearings, and fines using the TOPS
Professional management system.

Communicate clearly and professionally with residents
regarding their violations and the steps they need to take for compliance.

Provide ongoing updates and support to residents to
ensure they understand the compliance process and requirements.

Prepare detailed violation reports for both compliant
and non-compliant residents, ensuring all documentation is accurate and
timely for HOA Manager and Board review.

Maintain records of violations, including all
correspondence, hearing documentation, and inspection reports for future
reference.

Assist the Property Manager in managing and maintaining
compliance within the community.

Aid in preparing reports for the Board of Directors,
summarizing violation trends, compliance status, and action items related
to property issues.

Provide feedback and recommendations to improve
compliance processes based on observations during inspections and
interactions with residents.

Provide high-quality customer service to residents,
answering their inquiries about community standards, violation processes,
and compliance requirements.

Assist residents with information regarding
construction-related questions, permits, or modifications that may require
approval from the HOA.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint) to track and document violations, prepare reports, and
communicate effectively with the Board and residents.

Maintain organized files and records for all
violations, hearings, and HOA-related documentation.
