The Director, Patient & Provider Marketing – Dermatology will lead the strategic direction, development, and execution of marketing initiatives for both patients and healthcare providers (HCPs) within the Dermatology franchise for AbbVie Patient Services. This role is responsible for leading a team to develop compelling value propositions, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies that enhance the patient and provider experience, drive access and adherence, and align to business objectives across the Immunology-Dermatology franchise.
The Director plays a pivotal role in driving collaboration with multiple teams to ensure the successful development and execution of strategies for patient and provider marketing in Dermatology. Within the organization, the Director extensively collaborates with brand teams and internal partners in Patient Services, including: the Digital Lab, Co-pay Center of Excellence, Patient Engagement, finance, medical and regulatory review, market research, business analytics, Patient Services Training, and other cross-franchise teams. Externally, the Director partners with various agencies and consultants to effectively lead the implementation of marketing strategies and plans for numerous stakeholders.
The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and a strong commitment to patients that drives the need for high quality deliverables and performance.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
