
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field is required. Master's Degree preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Current SHRM-CP or SHRM SCP preferred.
Experience: At least five years Human Resources experience including recruitment, selection, orientation, performance management, compensation administration, benefits administration, HRIS systems, workers compensation administration, unemployment compensation administration and employee recognition programs.
Mental/Physical Effort: Work is repetitive and requires close attention to detail for prolonged periods of time. Work also requires the ability to handle pressure and frequent interruptions. Professionalism, courtesy and tact are required. Considerable initiative and judgment is involved in assuming responsibility for routine matters. Must be able to make independent decisions and handle public and employee contact in a manner that reflects positively on PCMH and administration. Requires prolonged sitting in a stationary position. Requires eye/hand coordination, manual dexterity and the ability to distinguish letters and symbols. Requires the ability to use computer software programs and office equipment, including computers, calculators, telephones and copiers. Requires normal vision range and corrected hearing to a normal range. Requires working under a variety of conditions and occasionally working irregular hours.
