Sales & Marketing Intern

The Oaks at Denville is looking for a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Intern in Denville, NJ!

Here at The Oaks at Denville, the basic function of the sales and marketing intern is to provide support to the sales team while learning more about the administration of sales and marketing departments in a senior living environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor. 
• Help with reaching out to potential residents by following leads via phone or email.
• Assist with preparation and participation in open houses or marketing events. 
• Assist with any sales and marketing tasks the department deems necessary. 

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Must possess the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently when necessary
• Effective communication skills
• Detail-oriented

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Candidate must be working towards successfully obtaining a college degree, preferably with a concentration in Finance or related field
