Monroe Village is seeking an ambitious Sales & Move-In Coordinator to join our team!
Monroe Village is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Monroe, NJ. At Springpoint, the Sales & Move-In Coordinator is responsible for supporting all aspects of the marking and sales effort, consistent with Springpoint philosophy. Responsible for coordinating events, completing reports, serving in a hospitality role, acting as a receptionist, and other administrative support functions.
Responsibilities:
Coordination
- Answers and directs incoming phone calls
- Greets and serves all visitors to the marketing office in accordance with the community and Springpoint Hospitality program
- Helps to coordinate site events with the Director of Sales and Marketing
- Prepares and updates marketing and sales reports and processes all sales transactions
- Maintains marketing systems, including ENQUIRE Lead system
- Processes invoices, tracks inventory and orders office supplies, collateral, and other printed materials within the approved budget
- Coordinates move in process and prepares closing documents
- Adheres to the SSL marketing guidelines
Design, Selection:
- Works with Director of Sales and Marketing and Development Department to prepare the Options and Upgrade program
- Consults with and guides resident/buyers in personalizing their new residence through the selections process (i.e. plumbing, electrical, flooring, carpeting, countertops, appliances, cabinetry and customized modifications)
- Prepares an accurate summary of selections made by the resident/buyer, prepares an invoice for selections with additional cost and obtains a signed Addendum Contract
- Prepares and transmits selection decisions to the contractor in a timely fashion. Communicates questions and facilitates responses regarding pricing and potential charges
- Meets with construction company representative and Springpoint operational staff (sometimes on a daily basis) as turn-over of residences begins to assure that residences are appropriately and accurately prepared for walk-though and move-in
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.
- Experience working with seniors or in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred.

Pay Range: $28.00 - $31.00 / hour
