Based in Thornhill/Toronto, this role empowers you to shape strategic commercial outcomes and ensure delivery excellence across multidisciplinary project teams.

Your Impact 

• Lead commercial strategy and execution across major infrastructure and energy sector programs. 
• Drive contract governance, compliance frameworks, and financial stewardship across multiple workstreams. 
• Develop, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, procurement packages, and vendor relationships. 
• Partner with project managers and technical leads to monitor risk, opportunities, scope, and change management. 
• Provide expert guidance on commercial models, pricing structures, and financial tracking. 
• Support executive level reporting, portfolio analytics, and performance management. 
• Champion continuous improvement, embedding best practices across commercial operations and processes. 
• Foster trusted relationships with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and successful program delivery. 

The Skills That Set You Apart 

• Progressive commercial, contract management, or project controls experience within engineering, infrastructure, or energy environments. 
• Strong working knowledge of commercial frameworks, largescale procurement, contract law principles, and financial tracking tools. 
• Experience supporting complex capital programs, ideally within regulated environments or publicsector delivery contexts. 
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive clarity, and influence stakeholders at all levels. 
• Proficiency with enterprise systems (ERP, financial reporting, contract management platforms). 
• Credential such as PMP, MBA, SCMP, CPA, or equivalent experience considered an asset.

Compensation 

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $194,700 – $257,900 
MB & ON: $177,600 – $244,600 
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $165,500 – $222,900
