Über die Position

Es erwartet dich die Chance erste Einblicke in die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von komplexen Automotive Projekten zu erhalten, indem du zu tatkräftig die Abteilung Customer Account Management unterstützt.

Du nimmst du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Erfassung und Planung von Musterteilen ein – angefangen von der Bedarfsabfrage, Aufarbeitung und Bereitstellung der Planung und Dokumentation bis hin zur Verfolgung des Auslieferungsstatus und Rückmeldung an interne wie externe Stakeholder.

Die Abteilung Customer Account Management ist verantwortlich für die Abwicklung aller BMW Entwicklungsprojekte für alle Infotainment, Telematik und Speaker Produkte weltweit.

Als Werkstudent bist du kein Einzelkämpfer du arbeitest du eng mit erfahrenen Program und Projekt Managern im Team zusammen und hast als Schnittstellenfunktion ebenfalls engen Kontakt zu Kollegen aus verschiedenen Entwicklungsabteilungen, Produktion, Beschaffung, Sales und Marketing.
 

Deine Aufgaben

• Lieferabstimmung mit den Kunden und Werken
• Einbringung bei der Vertriebsplanung sowie Aufbereitung von Planzahlen und Budgetplanung
• Koordinierung, Überwachung, Aufbereitung und Tracking von Bedarfsmeldungen von Musterlieferungen, Fremdkomponenten und Testequipment.
• Übernahme administrativer Abteilungsaufgaben (Beschaffung von Betriebs- und Büromaterialien, Dokumentenmanagement, Organisation von Besprechungen und Dienstreisen, etc.)
• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung und Klärung von Anfragen, Kundenreklamationen und Einkaufsabschlüssen
• Pflege und Überwachung von Preis- und Teilepreisbestandslisten und Abstimmung und Überwachung von Terminen
• Unterstützung bei der Klärung von Abweichungen in den Planungen bzw. Abrufen des Kunden und der Absatz-/Produktionsplanung
• Mitarbeit bei der Angebotserstellung für neue Produkte
• Aktive Teilnahme bei der Ausführung von Projekte, Ausarbeitung von Präsentations- und Planungsunterlagen im Team
• Auf/Umbau von Testsystemen sowie Inbetriebnahme von Entwicklungssamples
• Erweiterung und Verbesserung von Projekt und Abteilungs Dokumentationen  
• Arbeiten mit dem Jira und der Confluence

Was du mitbringen solltest

• Technisches Studium
• Gültiger Führerschein
• Sicheres Auftreten, hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
• Praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Office, Jira, Confluence, Visual Basic von Vorteil
• Spaß an praktischer Erfahrung für 16-20h / Woche während dem Semester, in den Semesterferien nach Absprache auch in Vollzeit
