Description & Requirements
This is a fixed‑term maternity cover role within Revenue Operations, supporting prospecting programs, project delivery, and operational excellence across the Business Development organisation. The role runs until end of October 2026 and focuses on maintaining momentum across key initiatives during the permanent role holder’s leave.
The role is hands‑on and highly cross‑functional, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps globally. While not a formal people‑manager role, it requires coaching, mentoring, and coordination of junior team members in partnership with team leads.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Program Management- Own and coordinate inbound and outbound prospecting programs
- Partner with Marketing on target account lists, ICP alignment, and contact strategy
- Ensure data, contacts, and processes enable effective prospecting
Project & Operational Leadership- Manage multiple initiatives in parallel, keeping priorities, timelines, and stakeholders aligned
- Act as a central coordination point across RevOps, BDR, Sales, and Marketing
- Identify operational gaps and drive practical workflow and tooling improvements
- Maintain clear documentation and enablement resources
Analytics, Automation & Enablement- Support BDR analytics and reporting initiatives
- Contribute to leaderboard, gamification, and enablement pilots
- Drive automation and AI adoption to improve prospecting efficiency
- Partner with internal teams and vendors on tooling optimisation
Coaching & Stakeholder Management- Provide day‑to‑day guidance to junior team members
- Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Ensure alignment across teams in Europe, the US, and APAC
Required Experience & Skills- This role is well‑suited to candidates who are immediately available and open to a short‑term, high‑impact assignment in a global Revenue Operations environment
- Fluent English (working language)
- Strong project or program management experience in a commercial or operations environment
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Confident cross‑functional and international stakeholder manager
- Ability to influence and coach without formal authority
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with data and metrics
Nice to Have- Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or BDR support
- Exposure to CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Experience with automation, AI, or process optimisation initiatives
- Additional European languages
