We are seeking an experienced and strategic APAC Head of Client Marketing & Strategy to lead client marketing across the region. This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping how Bloomberg Media shows up in market - through world-class client proposals, differentiated marketing solutions, and long-term strategic partnerships.
We'll trust you to:- Lead a regional client marketing team responsible for shaping and maintaining the quality of all client proposals across APAC
- Own and deliver client marketing strategy for Key Strategic Accounts and priority new business opportunities.
- Set the strategic and creative standard for proposals, ensuring they are insight-led, audience-first, and aligned with Bloomberg Media’s brand and editorial strengths.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to build tailored solutions that drive long-term commercial impact.
- Act as a senior, client-facing representative for Bloomberg Media, leading strategic client and agency engagements
- Own the regional application of Bloomberg Media's brand narrative, ensuring consistency with global positioning while tailoring solutions to APAC market dynamics.
- Align regional trade marketing and go-to-market initiatives with global priorities to support pipeline development and key client needs.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement teams to support client retention, renewal, and long-term value through post-campaign reporting and insights.
- Serve as a key bridge between regional Editorial, Product, and global marketing teams to identify and commercialize opportunities.
- Be a strong culture carrier and leader, fostering strategic thinking, collaboration, and commercial accountability across APAC
You'll need to have:- 10+ years of experience in client marketing, integrated marketing, or commercial strategy roles within media, publishing, or a creative/advertising environment
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing high‑performing teams in an international publishing, media or agency environment
- Experience developing and leading client proposals and/or marketing pitches
- Deep understanding of premium media brands and cross-platform marketing solutions
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners
- Proven ability to lead collaboratively, exercise strong judgment, think long term, and apply business insight
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization
- Bachelor’s degree or degree-equivalent qualifications
