1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

- Resolve engineering and construction issues at the site.
- Review and approve field modifications and as-built documentation.

- Act as the link between site teams, contractors, and corporate engineering.
4. Risk Management
- Identify potential technical and operational risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Prepare contingency plans for natural hazards and emergencies.
- BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 12+ years of experience in the engineering design for hydropower/PSP projects.
