The role involves owning the SMB business end-to-end, collaborating on sales strategies, and engaging with product teams to enhance the buyer journey using AI-powered tools.
Responsibilities:
- Own the SMB business end to end while collaborating on playbooks and strategy
- Design and refine sales processes and automation that increase impact and help define how the SMB motion grows
- Play a key role in testing and building an AI-native buyer journey as product teams adapt to an AI-first future
- Engage directly with PMs, Product Ops leaders, VPs Product, and CPOs who care about building great products and scalable systems
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in a high-velocity, transactional B2B SaaS account management
