Maple is seeking a high-energy SMB Account Executive to help expand their reach to local businesses across the country. This role focuses on closing deals with warm leads provided by the marketing team, aiming to onboard 7–15 new customers each week while refining the sales process as the company scales.
Responsibilities:
- Close 7–15 new SMB customers per week through inbound and marketing-qualified leads (no prospecting required)
- Run fast, consultative sales calls with local business owners across many industries
- Clearly explain Maple’s value and guide customers to the right plan for their business
- Maintain tight follow-up loops to move deals from first call to close quickly
- Collaborate closely with growth, onboarding, and product teams to improve conversion and activation
- Continuously refine sales scripts, objection handling, and demos as we scale
- Provide direct feedback from the field to help shape messaging and product decisions
