FOUND is partnering with an early-stage AI company focused on revenue intelligence. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for outbound lead generation, building and executing campaigns, and collaborating with marketing and sales to refine messaging.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, phone, and events
- Book first meetings with execs in CS, RevOps, and post-sale functions
- Research org charts, map influence, and identify the right accounts
- Personalize outreach using mutual connections, trigger events, and strategic context
- Test new tactics—AI assistants, account-based sequences, and creative follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and drive urgency
Requirements:
- You've done outbound before (or are hungry for your shot)
- You know how to break through on LinkedIn without sounding like a bot
- You're persistent, resilient, and relentless—without being pushy
- You write clearly, move fast, and don't wait to be told what to do
