Strike Copy is a fast-growing e-commerce agency seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to manage inbound and outbound lead qualification. The role involves scheduling qualified appointments, maintaining CRM records, and executing multi-channel outreach to drive sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle both inbound lead qualification (20-40 leads daily) and outbound prospecting to schedule qualified appointments for our fast-growing e-commerce agency
- Respond to 20 to 40 inbound leads per day within 60 minutes
- Run short discovery calls to understand brand, revenue and current email setup
- Qualify against our ICP and scoring criteria
- Log every call and decision in the CRM with clear next steps
- Run multi-touch follow-up until they book, say no, or are disqualified
- Build and research target e-commerce account lists
- Identify founders or marketing decision makers
- Execute multi-channel outreach sequences (calls, email, LinkedIn)
- Tune messaging and angles based on reply and booking data
- Keep a consistently full personal pipeline of opportunities
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, every day
- Maintain clear lead stages and reasons for win or loss
- Produce simple weekly reports on dials, conversations, bookings, show rate and revenue sourced
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in a BDR or SDR role
- Comfortable handling 20 plus leads per day and working to clear daily activity targets
- Evidence of hitting or exceeding appointment or pipeline KPIs in a previous role
- Self managed, coachable, able to follow a proven playbook
- Strong written and spoken English
