As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for small business solutions, focusing on positioning, messaging, and execution to drive growth and support customer transitions to cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for SMB solutions, including launches, major enhancements, and solution-level initiatives
- Develop clear positioning, value propositions, and outcome-based messaging that resonate with small and mid-sized businesses
- Translate product strategy and roadmap direction into compelling, market-ready narratives aligned to Deltek’s platform strategy
- Position AI-enabled capabilities and intelligent features in terms of business outcomes, not feature lists
- Support go-to-market efforts that enable customers to adopt and transition to cloud-based solutions, clearly articulating value and impact
- Own solution-level storytelling that shows how products work together as an integrated platform
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Marketing on value-based selling motions, competitive positioning, and objection handling
- Apply product-led growth principles to reduce friction in acquisition and drive adoption
- Leverage AI and modern tools to increase the speed, quality, and scale of go-to-market execution
- Represent Deltek at select SMB- and technology-focused events and contribute to thought leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market roles
- Demonstrated experience taking products, solutions, or platforms to market
- Strong background in B2B software or technology companies (SaaS preferred)
- Experience marketing AI-enabled or intelligent software capabilities
- Proven ability to develop outcome-based, value-driven messaging
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience working effectively in matrixed organizations and influencing without authority
- Willingness to travel up to 10–20% annually
- Experience supporting cloud-based products or cloud adoption initiatives
- Product-led growth experience
- Experience positioning platform or ecosystem solutions
- Comfort presenting to senior leaders, sales teams, and external audiences
