RightRev is a rapidly growing SaaS company focused on revenue recognition automation. They are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to enhance and scale their partner ecosystem, collaborating with various teams to create impactful marketing programs and enablement content.
Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize integrated partner demand programs that drive sourced and influenced pipeline, including co-marketing campaigns, webinars, digital programs, and industry events
- Develop partner playbooks and campaign offers that position joint solutions with clear value propositions, target personas, and demand motions aligned to RightRev’s core ICPs
- Create high-performing partner enablement content such as sales decks, solutions briefs, landing pages, and nurture assets that support conversion and pipeline acceleration
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Revenue Marketing to align partner messaging to GTM campaigns, launch priorities, and quarterly demand goals
- Plan and execute multi-channel joint marketing campaigns with strategic partners including campaign briefs, content development, promotion plans, reporting, and follow through with AEs
- Manage MDF strategy and execution including proposal intake, quarterly planning, spend allocation, and ROI reporting tied to pipeline and marketing influenced revenue
- Build and scale partner campaign reporting that tracks KPIs such as sourced leads, MQL to SQL conversion, partner influenced pipeline, and campaign ROI
- Own partner communications including launch updates, quarterly product news, event invites, and demand plays that equip partners to drive pipeline
- Support field alignment and pipeline activation through account mapping, partner and AI alignment, structured follow up, and co-selling motions tied to active campaigns
Requirements:
- 5-7 years in partner marketing, product marketing, or alliances marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Deep understanding of ISV/integration partnerships and implementation/SI models
- Proven ability to translate technical integrations into compelling business value
- Experience developing enablement assets, joint GPT campaigns, and field activation programs
- Strong writing and content development skills. From enablement decks to campaign messaging
- Strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on across programs and content
- Ability to partner with internal sales, product, and external alliance teams. Strong collaboration skills are a must
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Metrics-driven with an eye toward impact (pipeline, influenced revenue, partner readiness)
- Confident communicator who can represent RightRev credibly with partner marking and alliance leaders
- Salesforce, Workday, and NetSuite ecosystem experience; co-marketing/co-sell with ISVs/SIs
- Experience marketing AI-enables B2B products to finance leaders
- Quote-to-cash and ERP experience
