WeVideo is the leading full-cycle video learning platform for content creators, businesses of all sizes, and educational institutions. They are seeking a Product Manager to drive product initiatives from ideation to execution, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful product solutions and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own Product Development: Take ownership of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration. Partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful product solutions
- Drive User-Centric Innovation: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and workflows. Use insights to develop and prioritize a strategic product roadmap that aligns with company goals
- Define & Track Key Metrics: Establish measurable objectives to assess product success. Regularly analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies, adoption, and continuous product improvement
- Balance Strategy & Execution: Manage trade-offs between feature requests, technical constraints, and business needs while maintaining a clear product vision
- Lead Agile Development: Translate product requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development tasks. Work in an Agile environment with engineering teams to iterate quickly
- Stay Ahead of Market Trends: Conduct competitive analysis, monitor industry developments, and identify opportunities for innovation
- Write. A lot: Document decisions, user research findings, Jira tickets, PRDs, etc. As a team, we write to solidify our thinking, communicate and keep everyone on the same page
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of product management experience with a track record of successfully launching and managing SAAS products
- Previous experience in sales, customer success, UX research, design, or engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Process driven
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A bias for action
- Experience working in a small team or in a high-growth, fast-moving organization
- Experience in education or ed tech
