Carenet Health is a company that has pioneered advancements in healthcare consumer experiences for over 30 years. They are seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to support patients by making outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing information on benefits and insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Enjoy making outbound calls and reaching out to patients, members, and customers
- Outreach to patients to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high risk or other healthcare appointments
- Have a passion for helping patients make decisions that will enhance their healthcare experience
- Make welcome calls and assist members and patients with benefits and insurance information
- Outbound calls to conduct surveys

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required - this will be verified during background check
- Strong computer experience (data entry, screen navigation, keyboarding)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent demonstration of caring and compassion
- Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
- Able to meet the required internet speed of 100mbps download/20mbps upload
