Aseer Investment Company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Business Development who will be a core member of the senior management team. This role involves formulating and driving the company's business growth strategy through strategic partnerships, capital operations, mergers and acquisitions, and the development of major clients.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate the company's global or regional business development strategy and growth path
- Identify opportunities in new markets, new industries, and new business models
- Design a 3-5 year strategic growth plan
- Drive the implementation of the strategy and the execution of key growth projects
- Identify and screen M&A targets or strategic investment targets
- Lead due diligence, valuation negotiations, and transaction structure design
- Responsible for post-Merger Integration
- Coordinate and cooperate with investment institutions, investment banks, and law firms
- Establish strategic alliances with key industry partners and channel partners
- Promote joint ventures/OEM/Licensing collaborations
- Expand global strategic client and government cooperation resources
- Build an industry ecosystem and long-term cooperation network
- Participate in bidding for major projects and business negotiations
- Responsible for developing key accounts
- Drive revenue growth for new business lines
- Optimize revenue and profit structures
- Establish and manage global or regional Business Development teams
- Set business expansion KPIs (Pipeline, Deal Size, Win Rate)
- Establish performance appraisal and incentive mechanisms
- Develop high-potential talent and succession planning
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, finance, and legal departments
- Participate in board strategic discussions and reporting
- Ensure business expansion strategies align with operational capabilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Business management, finance, marketing, or related majors
- 20 years of relevant industry experience
- 15+ years of senior management experience
- Successful M&A, financing, or major business expansion experience
- Familiar with international market expansion (if applicable)
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
- High-level negotiation and transaction structuring skills
- Capital operation and financial analysis skills
- Outstanding leadership and influence
- Cross-cultural communication skills
- MBA preferred
