Experis is a leading organization in the technology support sector, seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 4 to join their team. This senior-level role involves managing multiple workstreams and driving cross-functional coordination to support the launch of a new partner support offering.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple projects, creating detailed plans to achieve organizational goals
- Manage and maintain a master project schedule across 20+ workstreams
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for leadership reviews
- Facilitate meetings, follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives and deliverables
Requirements:
- Prior experience managing large portfolios of programs and projects, especially within support organizations like Microsoft CENS or similar
- Proven ability to develop executive-ready slideware (PowerPoint) with clear visual storytelling
- Strong understanding of program and portfolio management principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- PMI or PMP certification preferred
