WIT Recruiting is seeking a seasoned Talent Development professional for a high impact, fully remote assignment. The Talent Development Partner will act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, designing talent strategies that enhance organizational performance and leadership effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Design and advance enterprise and local talent strategies aligned to business objectives
- Advise HR leaders on leadership development, coaching and mentoring frameworks, succession planning, performance management, psychometric tools, and team effectiveness strategies
- Facilitate high impact learning experiences and leadership conversations that drive clarity, alignment, and action
- Assess organizational capability gaps and recommend scalable development solutions
- Curate and implement talent programs that enhance culture, strengthen engagement, and improve business performance
- Partner across HR and business teams to ensure global talent frameworks meet local and functional needs
- Provide metrics and insights that measure the impact of development initiatives on organizational outcomes
- Lead benchmarking efforts and incorporate external best practices into modern talent solutions
- Guide change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools
- Continuously refine infrastructure, policies, and systems that support sustainable talent growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline preferred, equivalent experience considered
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Development, Talent Management, or related corporate HR disciplines
- Prior HR Business Partner experience strongly preferred to understand business cadence and stakeholder needs
- Experience within HR consulting environments is advantageous
- Exposure to global or matrixed organizations required
- Comfort collaborating with stakeholders aligned to the Eastern Time Zone
