Grail is a Creator Agency that connects content creators with digital marketing opportunities. As a TikTok Shop Business Development Manager, you will drive new business and partnership opportunities while upselling existing clients on TikTok Shop services.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and closing new business opportunities in the US market, but also international clients entering the US market
- Developing our relationships with local TikTok partner reps and team members
- Owning the strategy in your target region
- Working with our existing clients to expand the US market
- Research and identify potential partners
- Building and managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
- Maintain regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to align on talent availability and brand fit
Requirements:
- Must have 1-2 years sales experience as a minimum
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop
