SmartMoving Software is the fastest-growing SaaS solution in the moving industry, providing an end-to-end CRM system for moving companies. The Growth Marketing Manager will own paid acquisition and email programs, build sales enablement campaigns, and drive net-new pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute acquisition campaigns that support AEs and BDRs
- Develop promo offers, sales campaigns, and field activations
- Create coordinated motions across paid, email, and sales sequences
- Partner directly with Sales leadership on outreach and pipeline acceleration
- Measure success by stage progression and deal movement, not activity
- Own acquisition-side email strategy and execution
- Manage segmentation, lifecycle stages, and the database calendar
- Identify high-potential segments and activate them with precision
- Build decision-stage and reactivation nurtures that convert prospects into opportunities
- Partner with RevOps to maintain database health, clean routing, and attribution clarity
- Support co-branded acquisition campaigns with strategic partners
- Execute joint webinars, promo offers, and campaign launches
- Build paid and email programs tied to partner initiatives
- Track and influence joint pipeline impact alongside the Head of Partnerships
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS growth or digital demand marketing
- Proven record of driving pipeline through paid and digital programs
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Skilled in paid media across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Solid understanding of funnel conversion, attribution, and CRM data hygiene
- A collaborative mindset and a bias for testing, learning, and iterating fast
