Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and sales for each DLC launch.
Identify target audiences, key messaging, and marketing channels to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Manage the campaign budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various initiatives.
Oversee the quality of marketing assets, including trailers, gameplay videos, social media content, and website updates.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (PR, Community, Art, Development, Partnership) and manage external agencies to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
Establish and track KPIs to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Take on the responsibility as a People Manager.
