
Responsibilities:
• Reach out to business users and project leaders in the course of work in order to identify and evaluate user and business requirements.
• Lead and coordinate requirements gathering meetings with business users.
• Coordinate and conduct walkthroughs of business requirements documents with project team and business users.
• Understanding and documenting business processes and workflows and their relationships to current and future software solutions.
• Creating and/or reviewing manuals, procedures, and related user documentation; ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience
• Verify system design documents and test plans based on business requirements.
• Liaise with QA and UAT teams and provide feedback and assistance on test plans and test cases.
• Coordinate multiple projects within the project team.
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures for the Quality Assurance team.
• Interface with various internal/external stakeholders.
• Other duties as required.

• Interviewing and listening skills to elicit detailed business requirements.
• Analytical skills for transforming defined business needs into software requirements
• Verbal and written communication skills, ability to create effective requirements documents and review them with key project stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
• Strong writing skills.
• Understanding of software design and development.
• Understanding of general accounting principles, mobile applications, programming logic/processes, Java/COBOL languages, network architecture and database structures.
• Understanding general principles for quality assurance testing.
• Experience in performing quality assurance testing on websites and mobile devices.
• Experience with financial or professional services industries preferred
