The State of Wisconsin DFI is looking for a Business Analyst/Consultant III

Top Required skills (7 or more years of experience):

• Advanced knowledge of business analysis: business process documentation, business process design, requirements gathering, functional design.

• Advanced knowledge of quality assurance and software testing methodologies.

• Knowledge of project management principles, methods, and practices.

• Effective and professional communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with a variety of customers including executives.

• Highly self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with strong attention to detail.

Top Nice to Have skills:

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification or similar

• CompTIA A+ certification of similar

• PMP certification or similar

Interview Process: via Teams with video on

Onsite or Remote: Candidates must be CURRENT WI residents. No relocation allowed. This position will be working a hybrid schedule with at least 2 days in office per week.

Project details: DFI is looking for a BA with at least 7 years of experience, knowledge of project management principles and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The selected hire will be responsible for helping grow and operate DFI's IT Solution Delivery program.

Additional information: The selected hire is expected to cover parking costs, or work out a reimbursement agreement with their supplier. There is some free street parking in the vicinity, or else onsite parking at a monthly rate of approximately $70/month.
