Overall Job Responsibilities
• Lead the In Market Korean player development strategy,
ensuring alignment with the overall business goals of the
property.
• Maintain a strong presence on the casino floor, building
relationships with key players and identifying opportunities for
upsell and reactivation, whilst in Manila, but with the main
concentration to be in market.
• Collaborate with CRM and Sales to implement targeted
campaigns, promotions, and tier-matching programs specific to
Taiwan markets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, responsible
gaming practices, and regulatory standards.
Functional Job Responsibilities
• Provide excellent service consistent with the property’s
core service standards and brand attributes.
• Actively prospect, identify, and recruit high-value
players from Korea through direct sales efforts, referrals, and targeted
campaigns.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential premium players
by leveraging personal networks, industry contacts, and
player databases.
• Ensure strong retention strategies are in place by
delivering personalized offers, reinvestments, and exclusive
experiences.
• Identify key trends, preferences, and behavior of Korean
players to craft effective engagement strategies, and what key
competitors are introducing.
• Work closely with Premium Services, Transportation,
F&B, Hotel, and Sales/CRM teams to coordinate player visits,
events, and experiences.
• Partner with CRM/Sales to design targeted reinvestment
offers and campaigns specific to Korean players.
• Prepare regular reports on player activity, team
performance, and competitor benchmarking for management review.
• Support Korean roadshows, visits, and player events;
coordinate logistics with overseas agents and partners.
• Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding assigned monthly and
quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain detailed player profiles and sales records in
company system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate and host exclusive tournaments, and events
targeted at Korean segments.
• Up-sell and cross-sell property amenities to guests
company-wide.
• Process all guest requests and respond promptly and
discreetly to guest inquiries
• Answer basic property questions and provide information
regarding rooms, restaurants, and entertainment for the
guests.
• Contact players regarding special events and promotions as
deemed necessary.
• Other related duties as necessary

• Comfortable analyzing player data, generating insights,
and making ROI-based reinvestment decisions.
• Able to adjust approach based on player profile, business
needs, and cross-departmental feedback.
• Proven ability to influence player decisions, manage
high-stakes negotiations, and drive loyalty.
• Maintains discretion, integrity, and a polished image when
dealing with high-value clients and partners.
• Excellent in Korean, and English. Skilled in both verbal
and written communication.
• Proficiency in Korean and English languages
Requirements
• At least College level
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales-driven
and/or customer service-oriented role
• Prior experience in the casino, hospitality, or luxury
services industry is highly desirable
