In this Role, you’ll get to

• Contribute to social media marketing across different Trip.com products and campaigns.
• Assist in the production of fit and localized social media contents. Design graphic materials for digital platforms, including social media banners, promotional visuals, and basic photo editing.
• Edit short-form videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.), incorporating sound, visual effects, and engaging creative elements.
• Plan and execute content scheduling and publishing.
• Assist in marketing operations, such as setting up localized banners and supporting campaign-related executions.
• Support photo and video content production using professional cameras and/or smartphones when needed.
• Stay up-to-date on social media, digital content, and travel industry trends to identify new creative opportunities.
• Performing other duties when required.

What you'll Need to Succeed

• Familiar with graphic design tools, preferably Adobe Photoshop (workflow will involve Adobe Cloud). Able to create basic key visuals (KV), banners, and digital content. Photo editing skills are a plus.
• Comfortable editing videos for social media platforms, particularly short-form content such as Instagram Reels and TikTok videos (e.g., memes, hotel reviews, attractions, etc.).
• Strong interest in social media, digital content creation, and creative production.
• Willing to learn the technical aspects of social media management, scheduling, publishing. Learn photo and video production techniques using professional cameras and/or smartphones.
• Creative, proactive, and able to contribute fresh ideas with originality.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, able to work well in a team, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• High interest in the travel industry, technology, and OTA ecosystem is a plus.
• Basic to good English proficiency (written and verbal) to support collaboration in a multicultural working environment.
