Work Location: 11307 FM 1960 Rd W, Suite 340 Houston, TX 77065
Work Hours: Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Occasional Saturdays required.
The Lead technologist is responsible for the daily clinical operations of their assigned centers. This position is critical to Solis Mammography; by providing outstanding care and efficient results, the Lead technologist impacts the profitability of the organization as well as the patient experience.

Here is what you will need:
- Forms strong working relationships within the team;
- Identifies additional tasks to be complete and willingly assist others;
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Prior experience with RIS/PACS preferred;
- Completion of formal radiologic technologic technology training program;
- Understands and communicates medical terminology;
- Current, non- restricted licensure instate of work location is required;
- Current ARRT advanced level certification in Mammography ;
- Minimum of two years of healthcare industry experience with ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies preferred;
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
A Day in the Life of a Lead Mammography Technologist:
- Provide services and support for the following areas:
- Understands, promotes and demonstrates the “Solis Way”
- Performs mammography and/or assists with biopsies on as needed basis
- Monitors clinical staffing levels.
- Works in partnership with a Center Director who leads with authenticity, self‑awareness, an others‑minded approach, and an understanding‑first mindset
- Expresses a genuine desire to encourage and coach team members, approaching conflict neutrally with clarity, compassion, and respect to help the team and center thrive.
- Manages clinical team members on daily basis ensuring compliance with company policies, guidelines and procedures;
