As a Senior Product Associate within the Privacy Product team, you serve as a key contributor to the development and implementation of data privacy tools and services across JPMorgan Chase. • You are responsible for driving product development according to strategic roadmaps while ensuring alignment with federal and international privacy requirements, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that support compliance with privacy legislation.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintains progress against product roadmaps and balances internal and client demands against release schedules
• Collects tactical requirements from product and internal sources, translates them into actionable material for releases, and shepherds them through the delivery process
• Creates and documents user stories to clearly convey requirements and acceptance criteria to developers and testers within the Agile Scrum development methodology
• Coordinates and executes UAT testing to match design requirements with produced results and ensures key deliverables support full view of user testing
• Works closely with IT partners to ensure product demands are understood from a development perspective and products are delivered according to published timelines
• Develops communication and presentations to executive leadership and maintains awareness of how applications cross-impact each other within the broader Privacy Product
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field
• 1+ years of product or related experience
• 1+ years of experience working with Agile teams and taking client requirements to deliver strategic roadmaps
• Experience converting product requirements into agile epics and stories to support the development lifecycle
• Understanding of software development cycle, agile development methodology, and data management concepts
• Proven success working with internal and external teams at various levels of management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint, JIRA, and SQL queries
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
• Knowledge of PII, metadata, and other data management concepts
• Experience with technical concepts and working with technical staff
• Familiarity with privacy legislation such as GDPR and CCPA
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities on tight deadlines without compromising quality
