Our most important needs:
- Candidate should be Pega Certified Senior System Architect with 5-8 years of experience in Pega version 7/8/Infinity 23/24/25 (Senior Developer)
- Candidate should have hands on experience in building applications using Pega GenAI Blueprint and build casetypes using constellation UI architecture
- Candidate should have good understanding advanced Pega concepts like DX APIs, Pega Customer service constellation, Externalized Kafka and Search services
- Candidate must understand the business behind the application and use Pega skills to solve issues and implement solutions as per the best practices
- Candidate must be able to provide low level designs and work closely with Lead system Architects to understand the design and implement solutions
Note: Will be required to work in the afternoon shift (2.00 PM to 10:30 PM India time) and preferably in Gurugram or Noida location

- Strong analytical abilities and background
- Able to communicate directly with users and business partners by answering and resolving feedback and productions issues
- Ability to negotiate, have difficult conversations, build relationships across the company, and work closely with Architects and Tech leads
- Contribute to process improvements which includes suggesting Pega best practices to improve overall experience of the application for business
- Good understanding of Case Management
- Hands on experience in Pega 7.x and 8.x versions, Pega Infinity 23+ versions
- Good understanding of Organizational hierarchy and Enterprise class structure
- Good understanding of Integration rules and ruleset management
- Hands on experience casetypes, build application using constellation architecture
- Trouble shooting with clipboard, tracer, PAL and SMA, Monitoring exceptions in AES
- Good understanding of waterfall and scrum methodologies
- Good understanding of Agents, Job scheduler, Queue Processors, BIX concepts
- Good understanding of overall infrastructure of Pega application
- Good understanding of Decision and Declarative rules
- Good understanding of access groups, operators, ruleset versions, workbasket management
- Good understanding of UI(Views) and reporting rules
