Sets the strategy for Quality Analytics and contributes to the Quality Systems strategy. Partners with our internal and external customers, including senior leadership and sponsors, providing them with expert quality systems and analytics consultancy and s upport. Performs complex quality-related analyses and reporting. Provides support for TrackWise and/or other electronic quality management systems.

Partners with our internal and external customers, including senior leadership and sponsors, providing them with expert quality systems and analytics consultancy and support.
Performs complex quality-related analyses and reporting.
May oversee quality Systems and Analytics-related initiatives, procedures and training
May be assigned to support quality Systems and Analytics -related activities at a department, account or project level
May supervise a team.
Expertise
Requires expert knowledge of Corporate Quality process, metrics and data
Provides support for TrackWise and/or other electronic quality management systems
Complexity
Resolves highly complex problems and/or conducts highly complex analysis
Contributes to departmental strategic plans and initiatives.
Guides Corporate Quality management to provide explanations and information to others on complex metrics and data
Makes significant decisions that impact the department/business.
Influence - Builds relationships with new and existing internal and external customers. Influences senior leadership on decisions that have a critical impact on business direction
Problem Solving - Provides expertise to identify, prevent, and solve complex metrics, data and information problems with significant impact on the business. Enhances problem solving process through the ability to deal with complex technical issues
Drives solutions impacting the company
Customer/External Focus - Creates and fosters relationships with external players as assigned. changes and develops action plans to meet metrics, data and information support needs.
Contributes to direction of Corporate Quality Systems and Analytics activities
May contribute to resourcing and budget management for Q uality Systems and
Analytics team
May contribute to Corporate Quality strategic planning
Supervision
Contributes to strategic direction of Quality Systems and Analytics team
May supervise a team
Other Tasks
Represents Quality Systems and Analytics team, as assigned
Performs other quality-related activities as directed by CQ management
Completes other Corporate Quality tasks, as assigned
Travel may be required (approximately 25%)
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS (please indicate if ‘preferred’)
BA/BS degree in science or health care or equivalent education and experience, plus experience in quality management and/or experience in a ‘GXP’ environment.
Requires leadership experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), email and voicemail.
Above average attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
Ability to act independently and pro-actively.
Significant project management and customer management skills.
Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
