Grail Talent is a Creator Agency that connects content creators with digital marketing opportunities. The Business Development Manager will drive new business and partnership opportunities, upsell existing clients on TikTok Shop services, and work closely with talent teams to pitch the right talent for opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and closing new business opportunities in the US market, but also international clients entering the US market
- Developing our relationships with local TikTok partner reps and team members
- Owning the strategy in your target region
- Working with our existing clients to expand the US market
- Research and identify potential partners
- Building and managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
- Maintain regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities
- Working closely with internal teams to align on talent availability and brand fit
Requirements:
- Must have 1-2 years sales experience as a minimum
- Bonus: Familiarity with TikTok Shop
