Nagarro is a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling in a big way, and they are seeking a high-impact SAP Cloud Architect. This role involves owning strategic solution design, customer engagement, and pre-sales leadership across complex SAP Cloud transformation opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture of SAP Cloud ERP (especially SAP S/4HANA Cloud) landscapes, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned designs
- Drive best-in-class integration strategies for hybrid cloud/on-premise and multi-system landscapes
- Advocate clean-core, extensibility and SAP Activate-based implementation frameworks aligned with customer goals
- Provide architectural thought-leadership in workshops, demos, and executive briefings
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and IT leadership during discovery and solutioning phases
- Lead high-impact pre-sales engagements – from discovery, solution crafting, demos, to proposal close
- Communicate complex SAP Cloud value propositions in simple, compelling terms
- Serve as the face of the company at major SAP events, client briefings, and industry conferences – comfortable on stage and in executive rooms
- Work closely with sales leadership to identify key opportunities and build winning GTM plays
- Coach and mentor delivery and sales teams on SAP Cloud ERP capabilities, differentiators, and customer value drivers
- Collaborate with product and engineering partners to influence roadmap and capabilities aligned to market demand
- Stay ahead of emerging SAP innovations, including AI, SAP Business Technology Platform, Generative AI enhancements and related digital transformation levers
- Translate business challenges into transformative cloud solution approaches that drive measurable outcomes
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in SAP
- 3+ years of experience in Public cloud
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud (Expert)
- SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud/On-Premise (Strong)
- Proven SAP Cloud ERP expertise
- Deep experience designing and delivering SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions
- Strong understanding of integration, extensibility (SAP BTP), and core-to-edge architectures
- Exceptional pre-sales skills with a track record of winning complex deals
- Comfortable presenting, influencing, and leading conversations at executive levels
- Excellent presenter and storyteller, delivering confidence in live demos, workshops, and keynote settings
- Ability to simplify complexity and connect technical architecture to business value
- Self-starter with strong cross-functional leadership capabilities
- Works effectively with sales, delivery, product teams and external partners
