Photo Logistics Project Manager

KellyOCG is an expanding new verticals team looking for a Strategy & Operations Contractor to support their catalog photoshoot program. The role focuses on coordinating logistics, utilizing data analytics, and ensuring high-quality catalog photos are uploaded to a customer-facing platform.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with account managers, merchants, and vendors to schedule and manage catalog photoshoots
• Prepare photoshoot shot lists by analyzing inventory data and item availability across store locations using SQL and similar tools
• Oversee day-of logistics, coordinating with photographers and merchants to ensure successful photoshoots
• Utilize AI tools and photo software for image processing and manage uploads to the catalog’s internal database
• Maintain ongoing catalog updates, ensuring accuracy and quality of the customer-facing photo inventory
• Develop and document operational playbooks to automate, track, and scale photoshoot processes
• Analyze inventory and sales datasets to prioritize items and store locations for catalog promotion

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree completed
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, operations management, customer success, or related fields (experience in tech, consulting, banking, startups, or operations highly valued)
• Proficiency in SQL, data analytics, dashboarding, and process automation tools (e.g., Google Scripts, Cursor)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to develop efficient processes and manage multiple stakeholders
• Effective communicator able to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client/vendor relationships
