The Marketing Technology Manager will help implement marketing strategies by leveraging technology, optimizing processes, and driving engagement across the buyer's journey to support business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert in our Autonomous Marketing Platform, which drives marketing execution and operations, and Customer Decision Hub, an AI-powered decision engine to optimize customer engagement
- Transform marketing into a best-in-class organization improving execution with the help of GenAI-driven agentic workflows, critical data integrations, and process optimization
- Be a subject matter expert in process design to optimize AMP and CDH execution
- Serve as a bridge between marketing, IT, and product management
- Turn business requirements into technology solutions
- Create and manage roadmaps, release enablement/communication, and future enhancements
- Serve as a passionate leader who helps frame strategy within technology solutions
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years in Technical MarTech, Marketing Operations Engineering, RevOps Engineering, or related roles
- Have a strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and Marketing execution
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Developed an optimized MartTech strategy aligned to marketing goals which encompassed people, process, and technology
- Turned strategy into technical requirements and scalable production capabilities driving measurable impact against those goals
- Have managed end to end programs/projects including communications, enablement, and adoption. This includes executive, business, and technology audiences
- Lead long-term, cross-functional change management while ensuring key milestones were executed to realize the vision on time and at high quality
- Debugged issues to root cause level, willing to roll up sleeves and be hands on
- 4-year college degree (BS or BA)
