Humanitru is an integrations-first software platform for nonprofits that empowers organizations to centralize their data and streamline their operations. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to prospect and qualify leads, generating pipeline and booking meetings for Account Executives.
Responsibilities:
- Book 20 qualified meetings per month with nonprofit decision-makers
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Research accounts and tailor messaging to prospect needs
- Pass detailed context to AEs for smooth handoffs
- Travel to industry conferences to represent Humanitru
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and messaging
Requirements:
- 1+ years in sales, BDR, or business development (SaaS experience preferred)
- Strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Organized with a systematic approach to prospecting
- Genuinely interested in helping nonprofits succeed
- SaaS experience preferred
