Sales Operations & Account Manager

W&K Container, Inc. provides shipping containers and container-based solutions to various sectors. They are seeking a Sales Operations & Account Manager to manage inbound sales inquiries, prepare quotes, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient deal transitions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound sales inquiries from government and private-sector customers
• Prepare and issue quotes using defined pricing templates and margin guidelines
• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for repeat and mid-tier customers
• Maintain CRM/ERP accuracy from inquiry through operations handoff
• Coordinate internally to ensure scope, timelines, documentation, and assumptions are clear
• Identify non-standard requests and escalate according to defined guidelines
• Help ensure deals move forward efficiently and professionally

Requirements:
