The SilverRock Customer Service Representative is responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls, educating and answering questions regarding the customer's warranty while providing world-class customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls where you’ll be educating and answering questions regarding the customer's warranty
- Anticipate customer needs by evolving self-service options while providing world-class customer service
- Navigate customer interactions and effectively manage customer conflict in a fast-paced call center environment
Requirements:
- High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
- Must be located in AZ, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX, UT or NV
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Agile in a fast-paced environment
- Plays well with others

- Experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus
