Revolut is a financial technology company on a mission to provide more visibility, control, and freedom over money. They are seeking a Private Markets Business Development Manager to drive growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams through strategic partnerships and managing exclusive deals for investment products.
Responsibilities:
- Executing sourcing strategy and maintaining relationships with key external brokers, companies, and fund managers
- Building relationships with general partners to identify investment opportunities
- Monitoring and tracking late-stage private companies for wealth demand
- Assisting in initial negotiations on deal terms, transaction mechanics, pricing, and timing
- Utilising market intelligence and data to forecast and report on available deal volumes
- Serving as the primary point of contact with external counterparties
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in growth equity investing, venture capital, or private capital advisory
- A solid understanding of private capital transaction mechanics
- Existing professional exposure or emerging network within the European and US broker-dealer, and VC/growth community
- Solid quantitative, analytical, and financial modelling skills
- A STEM degree or relevant MBA from a top university
- Familiarity with the implications of AIFMD, MiFID II, and FCA/SEC rules concerning the distribution of complex securities
