Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to assist the global mobility team with administrative functions related to relocation and immigration. Answer questions regarding global mobility. Authorize relocation benefits for transferees in the vendor portal, prepare various reports from WorkDay for relo collections, and calculate lump sums per policy benefit. Prepare all initiations for sponsored employee new hires, PERMs, extensions, Adjustment of Status and various phases of the visa process. Use the Lowe's case management tool to track requests and may transfer or escalate to other team members as deemed necessary
What You Will Do
Serve as first point of contact through telephonic, electronic, or paper based interaction channels for current and former Lowe’s employees, regarding questions related to Global Mobility / Total Rewards policies and procedures.
Uses a case management tool for recording and administering requests for relocation and immigration.
May seek guidance or transfer more complex and/or confidential inquires to the Manager
Assure information is complete, accurate and approved by appropriate superiors
Perform intake, sorting, tracking and distribution for documents that arrive for Global Mobility for processing (e.g. mail) and other duties as assigned.
May assist with basic transactions as assigned according to proper procedure, policy, and direction.
Assist analysts and manager with day-to-day execution of duties and support the team regarding proper procedures, policies and requirements
Assist the global mobility team with establishing and improving upon defined procedures and processing methods to efficiently and accurately meet production and performance goals.
Assist the global mobility team with monitoring and evaluating transactional work flow and volume in order to meet production and performance goals.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
2 Years Customer service
