The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall performance of the branch. Will directly manage inside and outside sales personnel, warehouse inventory, and production shop in an exciting, fast-paced, industrial work environment. Must work independently to lead, manage, and motivate a team. Must embrace and implement lean manufacturing and lean business practices.

What You'll Do:
- Stay on top of sales and profits, look for bottlenecks in sales process
- Effectively train and cross train staff
- Make team sales calls and keep customers happy
- Create profit and focus on key account strategy
- Effectively communicate with employees

- Set branch goals
- Monthly review of critical numbers w/ branch employees
What We Need From You:
- Minimum 5 years branch management experience
- Minimum 2 years experience managing and developing a staff
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Able to understand financials and be fully responsible for the EBIT branch performance
