Key Responsibilities

Deliver Medical Assisting courses using Lincoln Tech's established, ACCSC-accredited curriculum
Provide hands-on skills training in our fully equipped medical laboratory
Prepare students for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) exam through American Medical Technologists (AMT)
Teach safety protocols and compliance standards
Foster student development, professionalism, and accountability
Monitor and communicate student progress effectively
Create an engaging, motivating classroom environment
Prepare students for successful healthcare careers

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience
Current RMA, CMA (AAMA), or CCMA (NHA) certification preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel
Teaching or coaching experience is a plus
