Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage correspondence and prepare meeting materials for key internal and external meetings.
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets, slide presentations, agendas, financial reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
- Regularly communicate with executives, internal partners and external parties on requests and ensure they are prepared for meetings and events.
- Handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Organize and maintain confidential data and information with the utmost integrity.
- Prepare expense reports, process invoices and monitor budgets for areas supported.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management system and assisting with daily operations.

- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

- High level of interpersonal skills and professionalism to be able to interact with all levels of executives, both internally and externally, as well as Board members.
- Ability to perform administrative duties using independent judgment and personal initiative and resourcefulness.

- High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Excellent phone and customer service skills.
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent. A minimum of 8 years supporting Executives.
Preferred Experience:
- Associate's degree in office management or related field.
