We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA HR expert to lead and manage integration projects, specifically bridging SAP S/4HANA HCM/Payroll with ServiceNow. This role is crucial in optimizing cross-platform processes, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP certifications and a proven track record in HR transformation projects.
- Lead consulting and integration efforts for HR transformation projects, focusing on SAP S/4HANA HCM/Payroll and ServiceNow integration.
- Optimize cross-platform workflows, particularly employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ensure smooth data exchange and synchronization between SAP S/4HANA and ServiceNow platforms.
- Provide expert guidance and support to the development team, ensuring efficient and accurate implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback on the integration process, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP and ServiceNow technologies, ensuring the organization remains competitive.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Active SAP certifications in Core HCM and Payroll for S/4HANA are mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA HCM/Payroll implementation and consulting.
- Proven track record in leading HR transformation projects, with a focus on integration.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its integration capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming and SAP development tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
